I would like to share about my passion towards Cooking…. When it started? People who inspired me by their cooking talents....and my motivators ……… only positive comments…. Basically I am lazy girl who know only to eat what my mom prepares…. My mom used to often insist on me learning cooking as it would make my future aromatic (good smelling). But I never did it when she said (as usual). Even when she is not at home I chose the easier alternative - choose restaurant. During my final year, one of my friends used to cook by herself and bring it to college.... for her boy friend tooo… And her dishes used to be so tasty.... She used to prepare many food varieties. I used to taste it daily and there started the fire.....First dish which I prepared was "Ennai Kathirika Curry"- a pure Chettinadu Recipe and it was tasted by Joe … She told the dish was so good… And she advised me to prepare variety of dishes…. Hi Friends This blog post is about my Sweet Little Frnd Heleena .... :):):) Recently she made a very big comedy.... I would like to share about that wonderful incident.... One day she brought Kashmiri Chicken to office which was made by her lovable dad.... At that time I was having some restrictions towards eating Chicken. So I couldn’t have a try on it.... I was very eager to taste Kashmiri Chicken coz the dish was new to me.... And she promised me that she will bring that chicken soon after my restrictions towards chicken was over.... But the poor kid forgot to bring it.... And in the meantime several things happened and her dad fell sick. So she couldn’t keep her promise.... Finally, what she did was she brought the wonderful recipe in a small paper....  As she is new to cooking and kitchen she couldn’t write the exact terms of the recipe.... Below I have pasted the scanned copy of the funny recipe which will make you understand how good was her cooking knowledge.

I would like to share the most moving incident in my life. It was fine evening on 5th Dec 2010. I went to my friend's house and was returning back in a share auto from Roundana, Chennai Anna Nagar to Mogappair, Chennai.The share auto in which I was travelling waited in Thirumangalam Signal for 5min. That was the time I came across this horrible incident. One ambulance with a heart patient was waiting for the way to be cleared in front of our share auto. The ambulance's urge to rush to the hospital with  its siren is still hearing in my ears. I was eager to know what's happening. I could see a person striving for life, fighting with fate inside the ambulance.  The ambulance couldn’t move further coz the road was blocked by two buses and few more vehicles before the buses. Suddenly the conductor of one of the buses got down and he tried to clear the route. But our people were not patient enough to wait. So they used the way which the man cleared for ambulance. A mother (or mum / mom ) is a woman who has raised a child , given birth to a child.  Because of the complexity and differences of a mother's social, cultural, and religious definitions and roles, it is challenging to specify a universally acceptable definition for the term. Now its my turn to write about my lovable Mom Sarooooooooooo. Everyone in this world will obviously love their mom, similarly I too luvvvvv my mom a lot. She is one among the best mothers in this world. During my childhood I was a bit afraid of her. Coz she used to be little strict as she is a Teacher by profession.  But once I completed my college days she started behaving as a friend. So I started talking more advantage over her in all situations. Me and Saroooooooo  She is a wonderful friend for me. I can share anything with her. A sample for true friendship she reads my mind before I spell out my wishes. She buys me before I ask for it. I would like to share an incident which made me love her

A true friend is someone who sticks by you when you are down and celebrates with you when you are up. It's someone you trust. It is someone who understands you, knows the real you and appreciates the person you are. Its Joeeeeeeeeeeeeeee<3 Jothi nicknamed as "Joe"- is my best till now when compared to all other friends. She is with me from 9th standard. From that day till now we both have an unspoken love towards each other. She is the one who used to take care of me when ever I go wrong. And used to buy me all new foods which ever she tastes. She loves me a lot and vice versa. Joe is a calm person with a bright smile on her face. One who never can be hated. Very lovable, very understanding similar to my mom, of course she and my mom are of same character(Same zodiac and sun sign toooo :)) lucky to have her as my friend. Really I can promise you that who ever had a chance to move with her will like her a lot. And just wanted to share this with you. J

Onam is a Hindu festival celebrated by the people of Kerala , India and it is also harvest festival of Kerala . [1] The festival commemorates the Vamana avatar of Vishnu and the subsequent homecoming of the legendary Emperor Mahabali . It is the state festival of Kerala and falls during the month of Chingam (August–September) and lasts for ten days. Right from my birth I haven't celebrated onam. This year I celebrated it with my friends in office by wearing new dress which is purely traditional gifted by my dear Mom Sarooooo.
