A simple, healthy and kid friendly recipe - Mushroom 65 - A perfect replacement of Chicken 65

Introduction :

Mushrooms are a delicious food with loads of health benefits. Different types of mushrooms like portobello, shiitake, oyster, and reishi can provide various nutrients and health advantages.

Recipe :


Mushrooms have a mild and pleasant taste with a hint of sweetness, while others have a rich flavor and taste somewhat nutty too. Most dishes made with Mushroom tastes great and cooks faster. Mushroom 65 is my favorite and now my kid also love it. He can eat it as a snack too. 

Mushroom - 200gms (Bigger ones cut it into 4 pieces, smaller ones cut it into 2 pieces)
Salt - as needed
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Chilly powder - 1 teaspoon (for kids reduce it a bit)
Ginger Garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoon
Oil for frying

1.    Marinate the mushroom with all the above mentioned ingredients.

2.    In a pan, add oil and the marinated mushroom. Sauté well for around 15mins in medium flame. 

3.    Flip frequently to cook evenly.
