Friends its my pleasure to introduce my granny... She is one such lady who can never be hated... Her name is Rosammal nicknamed as Rose by us... Her heart is as beautiful as a Rose... I would say her as my mom coz she was the one who raised me until 3 years from 15 days of my birth. Reason is my mom got govt. job and was forced to join within 15 days of my birth. She was in a great frustration whether to accept this offer coz noone is there to take care of me. She asked my dad's mom who had no commitments whether she can stay with her to take care of me. But she said no. My mom frustration level increased and she was confused. At the moment this great lady said I cant stay with you but one thing I can promise is I can take the baby with me and raise her,So you can accept the offer. Thanks granny for the help you provided for my mom, this can never be paid back and forgotten.If not my mom would have rejected the job. May be that is the reason I love her a lot. From the 15th...

I would like to share about my passion towards Cooking…. When it started? People who inspired me by their cooking talents....and my motivators ……… only positive comments…. Basically I am lazy girl who know only to eat what my mom prepares…. My mom used to often insist on me learning cooking as it would make my future aromatic (good smelling). But I never did it when she said (as usual). Even when she is not at home I chose the easier alternative - choose restaurant. During my final year, one of my friends used to cook by herself and bring it to college.... for her boy friend tooo… And her dishes used to be so tasty.... She used to prepare many food varieties. I used to taste it daily and there started the fire.....First dish which I prepared was "Ennai Kathirika Curry"- a pure Chettinadu Recipe and it was tasted by Joe … She told the dish was so good… And she advised me to prepare variety of dishes…. Hi Friends This blog post is about my Sweet Little Frnd Heleena .... :):):) Recently she made a very big comedy.... I would like to share about that wonderful incident.... One day she brought Kashmiri Chicken to office which was made by her lovable dad.... At that time I was having some restrictions towards eating Chicken. So I couldn’t have a try on it.... I was very eager to taste Kashmiri Chicken coz the dish was new to me.... And she promised me that she will bring that chicken soon after my restrictions towards chicken was over.... But the poor kid forgot to bring it.... And in the meantime several things happened and her dad fell sick. So she couldn’t keep her promise.... Finally, what she did was she brought the wonderful recipe in a small paper....  As she is new to cooking and kitchen she couldn’t write the exact terms of the recipe.... I would like to share the most moving incident in my life. It was fine evening on 5th Dec 2010. I went to my friend's house and was returning back in a share auto from Roundana, Chennai Anna Nagar to Mogappair, Chennai.The share auto in which I was travelling waited in Thirumangalam Signal for 5min. That was the time I came across this horrible incident. One ambulance with a heart patient was waiting for the way to be cleared in front of our share auto. The ambulance's urge to rush to the hospital with  its siren is still hearing in my ears. I was eager to know what's happening. I could see a person striving for life, fighting with fate inside the ambulance.  The ambulance couldn’t move further coz the road was blocked by two buses and few more vehicles before the buses. Suddenly the conductor of one of the buses got down and he tried to clear the route. But our people were not patient enough to wait. So they used the way which the man cleared for ambulance.
